You're In The Loop

India's digital policy agenda is moving fast, and young people are at its centre. Youth in the Loop Annual Summit convenes digital India’s young builders, and brings them to the forefront of policy conversations that shape their digital lives.

Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC) and The Quantum Hub (TQH) are building a trusted, recurring forum, so that no significant digital policy affecting young India is ever made without their input. We aim to convene a permanent table for regulators, platforms, institutions, caregivers and companies to hear directly from the young.

The Quantum Hub (TQH) was founded in 2017 with the aim of supporting businesses, development organisations, philanthropists and policymakers with shaping complex public policies in the dynamically evolving Indian ecosystem. TQH works across sectors such as tech policy, social policy, health and urban affairs. Alongside client work, TQH's in-house research agenda pushes the frontier of policy thinking, ensuring India’s decision makers harness the building blocks of change with every choice.

Founded in 2016, Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC) aims to increase the participation of young people in the policymaking process and build their capacity to lead change. YLAC’s interventions are designed to equip citizens with a better understanding of the society they live in and the challenges that it confronts. The aim is to help young people broaden their perspective, think critically about their socio-political construct, tap their leadership potential and acquire skills to create long lasting impact.
